Whenever you run into a "blank page" with Maia (or any other web
application for that matter), it means that an error has occurred within
the scripting language (PHP in this case).  The place to look for error
messages is your PHP log, or your web server's error log, depending on
how you've configured things.  Try reproducing the error while tailing
the error log.
