You may have some luck with the Japanese ruleset by Yohichi Matsuda
<http://tlec.linux.or.jp/docs/user_prefs>. Note that you don't need to
include all of the contents of his file; you probably just want the
portion that begins with "Japanese rules", which you can copy into your
local.cf file, or put into a new *.cf file in /etc/mail/spamassassin,
e.g. japanese.cf or somesuch.
