[Maia-users] spam release problem only for some users

Hi,

Can anyone figure out a reason why only a few (and I'm not sure how 
many, but certainly not too too many) users get this message when they 
try to release spam:

open stream: No such file or directory /usr/share/pear/Net/SMTP.php 121

'Auth/SASL.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:./libs:') 
/usr/share/pear/Net/SMTP.php 121


This is reproducible for those users, and only for them.  It works fine 
for most.
