Sounds like a reasonable feature request to me :)  There's already an
open ticket for making the quarantines/caches searchable, and another
for making the domain quarantines/caches sortable on the "To" column,
which would probably do much of what you need, but certainly a more
thoroughly-implemented set of filters on the quarantine/cache listings
would be a good idea.
