It looks like what is happening is the following:
Settings:
Default setting for the @domain.name and "@"
Virus = delete
Spam = Enabled, Quarantined, prefix = yes. scores = 5.0, 5.0, 5.0
Attach = enabled, labeled
BH = enabled, labeled
non-spam cached NO
Auto-creation = yes

ALL Emails to a recipient in the NO_autocreate list will get scanned and
the ones that is deemed SPAM is stored under the "@domain.name" cache.
Independent if they are sent to the user only or several users, this will
require me to manually delete or empty the cache.

By setting the default to labeled instead nothing gets stored in the
"@domain.name" cache box as I would like BUT as the customer has control
of the creation and deletion of mailboxes the new users will have to reset
their options manually and most will have no idea what Maia is.
The ideal setup defaults should be to quarantine, I have setup so the
reminder template also explains how to login and has a link to a help file
explaining how Maia works. This configuration has saved me a lot of work
explaining everything to new users that will get a reminder in few days of
operation.

The new user welcome template does not seem to work, I dont use Maia auth
I do it directly from the postfix mysql tables.

So far with the present setup I have to pay attention on new user creation
and manually change their option.

The ideal situation would be so if the user turn off their filter Maia
would just forward everything and never caches anywhere. My "OFF" defaults
are to only "discard" viruses.

One thing to note: Maia in conjunction with "GLD" has reduced the spam to
all my users by 96%, the automatic reporting is a dream come true and I
have very happy customers.

Sergio
