[Maia-users] scores above 15

This is a feature that is supposed to be included in Maia 1.1 when it
comes out.  In a nutshell, you will be able to choose actions based on
score thresholds.  So as an example, anything below 5.00 is ham, anything
between 5.00 - 10.00 should be quarantined and anything over 10.00 should
be deleted.
