[Maia-users] disabled user still gets email stored

I was with the understanding that if the user is on the no autocreate list
the email would not be held anywhere on maia.
Like I said before, I have a bunch of users that do not want any email
held at all, if they are held anywhere it becomes a manual management for
all those emails (time I really dont have). How do I prevent them from
being held anywhere?
