The issue I listed took place with "rescue" operations, ie, when an  
item was labeled as spam by Maia and then confirmed as non-spam....  
it takes place in the spam cache, not the non-spam cache.

Marking something as non-spam in the non-spam cache should not invoke  
the rescue code.
