[Maia-users] disable the "Welcome to Maia Mailguard" message

Hi,
 
I have setup my Maia to auto create user and I have it configured to version user login with POP3 login to the mail server. When Maia created a new user, it sent a "welcome" message to the user with login name and temp password. Since I have it configured to verify login with POP3, the temp password won't work. 

Is there any way I can disable the "welcome" message?
