Kurt,

On the System Default Domain (@.), make sure you have Spam Filtering
enabled, and set a value of -999 for "Add X-Spam: Headers when Score is
>=".

I can't offer any help on the auto-create piece, although based on the log
file and the help file, it seems that Maia only does this for local users,
and your user is not local...
