FuzzyOcr 2.3j is looking reasonably stable at this point, after a lot of
chaos with the c,d,e,f,g,h,i versions.  It has some new prerequisites,
however, so I'll be updating the wiki docs as soon as I can confidently
call this the "recommended" version.  Until then, 2.3b remains the
recommended stable option.
