[Maia-users] Per-user or per-system training

Hi,
 
We are new to Maia, and I have a question about how training occurs.
 
Our user base is fairly diverse, and we often come into a "one man's spam is another man's ham" situation...
 
When a user "reports", "confirms", or "rescues" items from their caches, does it affect how SpamAssassin scores e-mail for *the whole system* (i.e. all domains, all users), or only for that one user?
