If you want the domain admin to be able to manage all of the
quarantines/caches for all mail in the domain, you only need to create
one Maia user account (for the domain admin). Don't create any other
Maia user accounts in that domain. There's no need to do any
address-linking. If you create a domain called, say, "@domain", and it
has only one user (the domain admin), then any mail that arrives for
users in that domain (e.g. "user1 at domain", "user2 at domain", etc.) will be
assigned to the "@domain" user automatically. The domain admin can then
manage all of this mail in one place.

You can't unlink addresses. The linking process changes the ownership
of an address, assigning it to a different Maia account. You can delete
the address, though, and then add it again, which is the closest thing
to "unlinking" it.

There is no password-reset feature at this time, though it's on the
to-do list. In the meantime, the best solution is to delete the user's
email address and add it again.
