If I had to guess, I'd say that you have Maia configured to let
everything pass through without any filtering at all. The "Hits: -" is
a clue that no spam-checking was performed either, so it's not too
surprising that no virus-checking was performed.
Understand that by default, Maia ships in a "pass-through" configuration
so that it does not scan anything and does not block anything. This is
done so that it can be perfectly transparent to your mail system until
you get everything configured the way you want. Users will not be
surprised this way, until you're ready to turn on the filtering.
To do so, check the settings for the test2 at mydomain.biz account, and
make sure that virus and spam filtering are enabled for that address
(click on the address itself to see its settings). You should also
check the settings for the @mydomain.biz account, since those settings
will be inherited by any new addresses you create in that domain.
