[Maia-users] How to disable outgoing scans? ... please iappreciatereally much help

Amavis certainly does have a way of not scanning outbound mail; check this
comment in the config file

# a practical application: don't check outgoing mail for spam:
#   @bypass_spam_checks_maps = ( [ "!.$mydomain", "." ] );
