Hmm, besides what Robert said, this error is coming from the Net_IMAP  library.
  booooo!  What version of Net_IMAP are you using?

the recent trunk also fixes some debugging code, which would be good for turning
off that debug window for production use.

If you mean by using the options on the welcome screen, then change the defaults
in the config.php file.  the $protection array mirrors the policy table... make
sure all options keep virus scanning on.
