[Maia-users] debug window / email

I have three different issues with Maia this a new install.

specs:
Maia 1.0.1 stable
OpenSuse 10.1 
Mysql 5.0


Issue 1
I am getting a white debug message box when popping up when I click on my white / black list in Maia. At the top it says "Maia debug Windows"
Then in the window it says Time | Ident | Priority | message and blank white screen underneath. However when I add a email address to the whitelist or black list the window does not appear anymore when accessing the white and blacklist.

Issue 2
I also receive an error when I try to link a new email address when logged into a normal user account. I am using imap authentication against our exchange 2003 server. I am logged in as user at domain.com then I try linking to user at domain2.com. Domain2.com does not exist as a windows domain.
This is the error: "2006-08-16 13:54:15 (CDT) 8 Notice Undefined variable: command /usr/share/php5/PEAR/Net/IMAPProtocol.php 2709-- "

Issue 3
When under system configuration I set "allow users to enable/disable virus scanning" to NO, yet I am still able to change the setting when logged I as a normal user. I do not want the users disabling antivirus filtering.
