[Maia-users] email cache pages are blank if nothing in cache

Generally when you try to view an empty quarantine/cache, Maia tries to
redirect you back to your "welcome" page (which of course displays
counts of the number of items in all of your quarantines/caches).  A
redirection to the welcome page is normal, in other words, but a blank
page is not.  As Mitch suggested, check your web server's error logs for
clues.
